A written, room-by-room plan for an occupied home: what stays, what is edited back, and the pieces that lift each space. The quickest way to get a lived-in house photograph-ready without moving anyone out.
When the property needs some work to present well, we coordinate the paint, finishes and lighting – one point of contact, start to finish.
We see the house together and agree what needs staging.
An itemized plan with the term, the install date and the cost.
One day on site, or two for larger properties. The house is ready for the photographer the next morning.
We collect everything after closing, on a date that suits your seller.
I’m Wendy Cheshire, founder of Cass&Co. My background is in architectural design and project management, where I spent years leading complex corporate real estate projects to tight schedules and strict budgets, without losing sight of the finer details that make a space feel complete.
What consistently drew me in was the importance of the interior finishing: how the right furniture, art and styling can completely change the way spaces are experienced. Cass&Co grew from that design instinct.
The Cass&Co aesthetic is warm and inviting, with an individually curated design to work with the existing architecture.
We work with agents across the San Francisco Peninsula to stage homes for sale, taking care of the entire process from concept through to installation, final styling and removal. The goal is simple: a beautifully presented home, ready for photography and market.
