Consultation

We begin with a complimentary walk-through to understand the property, your budget, and how we can best support you. After this process, we will send you a service proposal.

Vacant staging

We curate furniture, décor and art to complement the property and connect with the target buyer. We handle everything through to final styling, delivering your property photo-ready and on schedule.

Property styling report

A written, room-by-room plan for an occupied home: what stays, what is edited back, and the pieces that lift each space. The quickest way to get a lived-in house photograph-ready without moving anyone out.

Design services

When the property needs some work to present well, we coordinate the paint, finishes and lighting – one point of contact, start to finish.

What you can expect
01  Walk-through

We see the house together and agree what needs staging.

02  Proposal

An itemized plan with the term, the install date and the cost.

03  Install

One day on site, or two for larger properties. The house is ready for the photographer the next morning.

04  Removal

We collect everything after closing, on a date that suits your seller.

Meet Cass&Co

I design to showcase each home at its best, making spaces memorable.

I’m Wendy Cheshire, founder of Cass&Co. My background is in architectural design and project management, where I spent years leading complex corporate real estate projects to tight schedules and strict budgets, without losing sight of the finer details that make a space feel complete.

What consistently drew me in was the importance of the interior finishing: how the right furniture, art and styling can completely change the way spaces are experienced. Cass&Co grew from that design instinct.

The Cass&Co aesthetic is warm and inviting, with an individually curated design to work with the existing architecture.

We work with agents across the San Francisco Peninsula to stage homes for sale, taking care of the entire process from concept through to installation, final styling and removal. The goal is simple: a beautifully presented home, ready for photography and market.
